The Éclair is undoubtedly the favorite pastry of the French.

A tasty choux-based pastry made in the GELPAT workshops according to a traditional recipe with carefully selected ingredients. After baking, the éclair is filled with a unctuous flavored pastry cream. A shiny fondant decoration gives a final gourmet touch. The original recipe of this fondant ensures that it will last for a long time after defrosting.
